Low minimum order clothing manufacturer based in Istanbul. 150 pieces per colour per style across hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, joggers, zip hoodies, shorts and more. Ideal for startups and emerging streetwear brands. BSCI and OEKO-TEX certified.
MOQ is the single biggest barrier for new streetwear brands. A 500 piece minimum locks up cash flow, forces a single colour bet and punishes any brand that guesses wrong on demand.
A 150 piece MOQ changes the math. Instead of committing an entire drop budget to one style in one colour, you can spread the same production budget across three styles in one colour each, or one style in three colours. The first drop becomes a market test rather than a one-shot gamble.
This matters because emerging streetwear brands rarely know which colourway or which silhouette will sell fastest. The winning SKU from a first drop is often not the one you expected. With a 150 MOQ you keep enough capital in reserve to reorder the winner in eight weeks, while the losing SKUs quietly sell through without eating your entire treasury.
The trade-off historically was that low MOQ factories cut corners on fabric, stitching or compliance. Istanbul Clothing Factory built its 150 MOQ model without sacrificing any of those: same BSCI audited facility, same OEKO-TEX certified fabric library, same AQL inspection process as any 5,000 piece run.
The rule is simple: 150 pieces per colour per style. Everything else scales around that unit.
Each colour of a style is a separate 150 piece run. One hoodie style in black + one hoodie style in cream = two 150 piece runs, 300 pieces total.
Different styles cannot be combined to hit the minimum. A hoodie run and a jogger run must each reach 150 pieces in their own right, even if they use the same fabric.
Each 150 piece run is split across the size curve. Standard XS to 3XL split typically uses a 1-2-3-3-3-2-1 or similar ratio, adjusted to fit your customer base.
The 150 MOQ applies to our standard fabric library (French terry, brushed fleece, jersey, piqué, denim). Custom fabric development has separate minimums, usually 500 metres or more.
Below is what a typical 150 piece hoodie run looks like split across six sizes and two colourways.
Size ratios can be adjusted freely. Streetwear brands often skew heavier to M / L / XL, whereas women's fashion brands often skew smaller. Kids sizes, 4XL and 5XL are all available on request.
The core cash flow benefit of 150 MOQ is optionality. Instead of one large stock commitment locked in one colour and one style, you get multiple small commitments that you can rebalance based on real sales data. The winners get reordered, the losers get discounted and cleared, and your working capital stays fluid.
Practically, a first-drop capsule might include three hoodie styles in one colour each (450 pieces total) or two styles in three colours each (900 pieces total). Both are viable business models. Neither would work at a factory that requires 500 minimum per SKU because the total commitment jumps to unmanageable levels for a self-funded brand.
Reorders on previously produced styles ship in 4 to 6 weeks. This means once you have data on which SKU sells fastest, you can reorder within a normal sell-through cycle and avoid stock-outs at the peak of demand.
No hidden setup fees. The scope below is standard for any 150 piece order.
Base pattern selection or pattern modification from your tech pack, size grading across the full curve, marker making for efficient fabric use.
Fit sample plus one round of revision. Pre-production sample sealed as the master reference before bulk cutting.

Screen print, DTF, DTG, puff, embroidery and patches all executed under one roof or in our certified Istanbul partner network.

150 pieces per colour per style. If you want a hoodie in black and cream, that is two runs of 150 pieces each. Each run is split across a full size curve (typically XS to 3XL) using the size ratios you specify.
Hoodies, sweatshirts, zip hoodies, t-shirts, long sleeve tees, polos, joggers, sweatpants, cargo joggers, shorts and swimshorts are all produced at 150 MOQ per colour per style using our standard fabric library.
Yes. A 150 piece run is normally split across sizes XS to 3XL following a standard size ratio, or a custom ratio that matches your customer base. Kids sizes, 4XL and 5XL are also possible on request.
No. MOQ applies per colour per style. You cannot combine 50 hoodies plus 50 tees plus 50 joggers to make 150 total. Each style must reach its own 150 piece minimum in each colour.
There are no hidden setup fees. Standard pattern development, tech pack review and one round of fit sample revisions are included in the sampling package. Only custom trim development (unique zippers, custom aglets, bespoke labels) may carry separate development runs.
A lower MOQ frees up working capital that would otherwise be locked in stock. Instead of one 500 piece run in one colour, a brand can launch three 150 piece styles in one colour each, test which sells fastest, then reorder the winner. Reorder lead time is 4 to 6 weeks.
Pattern making, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, wash and finishing, in-line quality control, final AQL inspection, brand labels and hangtags, poly bag packaging and carton packing ready for shipment. Custom trims and custom packaging follow their own minimums.
For most standard streetwear categories our minimum is 150. Sample-only runs and short pre-production runs of 20 to 50 pieces are available in some cases through our sample shop. Contact us with the specific style you need and we can advise on the best route.
Sampling in 10 to 14 days, bulk production in 6 to 8 weeks after sample approval. For a new brand entering production for the first time, plan roughly 8 to 12 weeks total from first contact to finished bulk on the boat or truck.
