Turkey is the world's second largest producer of cotton yarn, and Istanbul's Tekstilkent district concentrates thousands of specialised knit and cut-and-sew factories inside a few square kilometres. For hoodies specifically, that concentration means brushback loopback fabric is milled locally, dyed locally and cut in the same city, so a full run of custom hoodies can move from fabric booking to finished garment inside eight weeks.
Hoodie construction is deceptively technical. A well built hoodie has a tunnel drawcord with metal eyelets, a lined double layer hood, a symmetrical kangaroo pocket, ribbed cuffs and hem with the correct stretch ratio, and a shoulder taping that prevents twisting after wash. Istanbul factories have been building this construction for decades for European sportswear and streetwear buyers, so the muscle memory is already there.
Compliance is the third argument. BSCI, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, OCS, RCS, Better Cotton and SEDEX / SMETA audits are treated as baseline documentation rather than premium features. That matters for any brand selling into the EU, the UK or the US retail chain where supplier chain of custody paperwork is now regularly requested.

French terry that is mechanically brushed on the inside to raise a soft nap. Warmer, cosier, ideal for autumn and winter product. The industry workhorse for mid to premium streetwear hoodies in the 320 to 480 GSM range.
Dense loopback construction, minimal brushing, engineered to sit boxy off the shoulders. This is the fabric behind the current premium heavyweight aesthetic in the 450 to 640 GSM range. Requires a heavy machine park to sew clean.
Every fabric above is available in OCS certified organic cotton, RCS certified recycled polyester or blended constructions. Transaction certificates are issued per shipment when the client requires proof for retail buyers.

We manufacture hoodies in the full fit spectrum, from slim regular fit through relaxed, oversized, boxy and cropped. Standard size grading runs XS to 3XL with kids' sizes and 4XL / 5XL available on request. Each style is graded from a pattern block that is validated on a fit sample before bulk cutting begins.
Construction details are locked in the tech pack: hood shape (two panel, three panel, lined, unlined), drawcord type (flat, round, tipped), eyelet metal or embroidered, kangaroo pocket depth and topstitch density, cuff and hem rib GSM, shoulder taping and side seam finish. If any of these are not yet specified, our merchandising team can propose a construction package matched to your reference garment.
Wash and finishing options include garment dye, pigment dye, enzyme wash, silicone soft finish and stone wash. Colour matching is done to Pantone TCX and TPX references, with lab dips returned to the client for approval before bulk dyeing.

Yes. If you have a preferred mill or an existing fabric supplier, we can produce your hoodies using nominated fabric. We will still handle pattern making, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, labelling and packing.
Yes. Screen print, DTF, DTG, puff print, discharge print, flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, appliqué, chenille patches and woven patches are all produced under the same roof or within our network of certified partners in Istanbul.
Standard bulk lead time is 6 to 8 weeks after sample approval. Custom sampling with new fabric development adds 10 or more weeks to the total timeline. Simple reorders of previously produced styles can ship in 4 to 6 weeks.
Yes. We export to more than 25 countries, with Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada and Australia as our biggest markets. Sea freight, air freight and express courier options are all available. FOB, EX Works and CIF terms are supported.
