These three terms are often used interchangeably, but they describe very different production models. Understanding the difference saves budget and avoids frustration when scoping a first drop.
A stock, ready-made product is rebranded with your labels and hangtags. Fastest and lowest risk, but you have zero say over fabric, fit or construction. Suitable for events, merchandising and quick brand tests where product differentiation is not critical.
Product is built on top of an existing base pattern from the factory, then customised to your brand: fabric, GSM, colour, fit adjustments, decoration, labels, hangtags and packaging. The most common model for emerging streetwear brands entering the market.
Original Equipment Manufacturing. Product is engineered from scratch based on your tech pack, from pattern making through finished garment. Full control over every construction detail. Longer development, higher differentiation, ideal for premium brands and signature styles.
Most collections mix both. Brands typically start basics (tees, hoodies) in private label mode to launch fast, then invest in OEM development for one or two signature styles per season that define the brand identity.

Fabric options span combed and ringspun cotton, French terry, brushed fleece, heavyweight loopback, jersey, piqué, ripstop and denim. OCS certified organic cotton, RCS certified recycled polyester and Better Cotton compliant fibres are available on request.
Decoration includes screen print, DTF, DTG, sublimation, discharge print, puff print, flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, appliqué, chenille patches and woven patches. All decoration is executed under one roof or within our certified partner network in Istanbul, keeping lead times short.

Every private label engagement starts with a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Your tech packs, patterns, print files, embroidery files, colour references, sample photos and brand collateral are treated as confidential intellectual property owned exclusively by your brand.
We do not resell your patterns, re-use your prints on other clients' products, or share your bulk photography with anyone else. Sample archives are stored on secure internal servers and destroyed when a client formally closes their file. If your project requires additional legal terms (specific jurisdiction, exclusivity, non-compete), we sign those as needed.
If you need to protect proprietary trims (a custom zipper, a custom drawcord aglet, a signature label), we can nominate specific trim suppliers who sell exclusively to your brand. This is a common request from premium streetwear labels and we handle it as standard.

White label means a stock product is rebranded with your labels. Private label means the product is produced to your brand's specifications on top of an existing base pattern. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means the product is engineered from scratch to your tech pack. We offer all three, and most streetwear brands work in private label or OEM mode.
Yes. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before receiving any confidential tech packs, prints, embroidery files, colourways or product references. Your designs, patterns and brand collateral remain your intellectual property.
Our minimum order quantity is 150 pieces per colour per style, including private label branding. Custom woven labels, custom hangtags and custom packaging follow their own minimums but are typically produced alongside your first bulk order.
Yes. If you already work with a woven label or trim supplier, ship the labels to us and we will apply them during production. Alternatively we can produce woven neck labels, printed care labels and custom hangtags in Istanbul as part of the order.
Yes. Custom hangtags in a wide range of materials (kraft, coated paper, recycled paper, PVC), string, safety pins, poly bags, cotton dust bags, retail-ready cartons and shipping labels are all produced in-house or through certified partners in Istanbul.

No. Your tech packs, patterns, prints, embroidery files, colour references and brand collateral are used exclusively for your production. We do not resell your patterns or offer your designs to any other client.
Standard bulk lead time is 6 to 8 weeks after sample approval. Add 10 to 14 days for sampling. Custom label and packaging manufacturing runs in parallel with garment production so it does not add extra time to the overall schedule.
Yes. International clients are welcome to visit our Tekstilkent, Esenler facility in Istanbul. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange a tour, meeting rooms and airport transfer.
