French terry (240 to 320 GSM) is the go-to for lightweight and mid weight joggers with a soft drape and clean stitch line. Brushed fleece (320 to 480 GSM) delivers a warmer inside surface and the classic sweatpant feel. Heavyweight loopback and brushback (480 to 640 GSM) is used for premium boxy heavyweight streetwear joggers where structure and drape are as important as warmth.

Production notes for joggers are simple but non-negotiable: knee panels are cut on grain to prevent bagging after wear, side seams are reinforced with bar-tacks at high-stress points, waistbands are elastic-fused before turning so they do not roll, and cuff ribs are matched to the body fabric GSM so the transition from leg to ankle sits flat. Wash tolerance is validated on every fit sample so the drop and taper still fit after ten domestic wash cycles.
Colour matching across a hoodie and jogger set is one of the most common issues that emerging brands miss. We dye the fabric for a matching set in the same lot, on the same day, using the same reactive dye recipe. That is the only reliable way to guarantee the top and bottom read as one product in a retail photograph rather than two nearly-matching pieces.
Our minimum order quantity for custom joggers and sweatpants is 150 pieces per colour per style. Additional colours are counted as separate 150 piece runs. You can split each run across the full size curve from XS to 3XL.
French terry, brushed fleece, heavyweight loopback and cotton polyester blends in 240 to 480 GSM. All fabrics are available in OCS certified organic cotton, RCS certified recycled polyester or standard cotton.
Skinny, regular, straight, wide leg, tapered, oversized and cargo fits. Cropped and extended lengths are also available. Custom pattern grading runs from XS to 3XL as standard.

Yes. We produce matching hoodie and jogger sets in the same fabric quality, GSM and colour. Sets are dyed in the same lot to guarantee colour match between top and bottom pieces. MOQ still applies per colour per style.
Yes. Screen print, DTF, DTG, puff print, flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, appliqué, chenille patches and woven patches are all available. Common placements include hip, thigh, back pocket and calf.
Standard bulk lead time is 6 to 8 weeks after sample approval. Sampling takes 10 to 14 days from confirmed tech pack. Reorders of previously produced styles can ship in 4 to 6 weeks.
Yes. Pre-production samples in your Pantone colour, correct fabric and construction are prepared for approval before bulk production begins. Fit revisions are included in the sampling round.
